If the surgery is closed and you have an urgent medical matter you can call our usual telephone number : 02079356328 and your call will automatically be transferred to the our of hours service.

These appointments must be booked in advance via reception and are primarily aimed at those patients who have difficulty attending appointments during our usual opening hours. These appointments are available on

Extended Access

In addition to the above extended hours Patients in Westminster have access to GP and Practice Nurses appointments from 6.30pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00am - 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday as part of the Extended Hours GP Access Service.

These appointments are available at three sites across Westminster: Connaught Square, Pimlico Health @ the Marvern and the Westbourne Green Surgery. Patients can book these appointments by contacting their GP practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when the Practice is closed.
