Out of Hours

For urgent medical advice when we are closed, contact KCW Co-op directly on 020 8969 7777 where you will have access to a doctor.  Please be ready to give your details to a receptionist, who will pass on to a doctor.

Appointments

Simply telephone or call in to make an appointment. These are booked at 10 minute intervals. We aim to offer a routine appointment within 48 hours (this may not always be with the doctor of your choice). Longer appointments can sometimes be arranged in special circumstances.

Home Visits

Visits are made at the doctors’ discretion for patients too ill to come into the Centre. Requests for Urgent visits can be made at any time, but if possible please make your requests between 9.00am and 11.30am, as doctors do most of their visits at the end of the morning.
